Riorientare lo sviluppo: il ruolo del settore pubblico e della PA per la ripresa [ sc.01 ]

ISCRIVITI

Il progetto di rilancio del paese necessita di una PA profondamente rigenerata che, attraverso un’azione coerente e costante di miglioramento, sia in grado di supportare la politica nella costruzione di strategie e obiettivi di ripresa e di indirizzare la comunità nazionale sulla strada di uno sviluppo inclusivo e sostenibile. 

In questo scenario ci confronteremo sulla centralità dell’intervento pubblico per garantire un’economia efficiente e una crescita stabile che garantisca allo stesso tempo maggiore equità. Approfondiremo inoltre le azioni necessarie ad abilitare una PA capace, competente, semplicesmart e digitale, in grado di offrire servizi di qualità ai cittadini e alle imprese e di rendere più competitivo il sistema-Italia.

Simone Cicero Co-founder and CEO - Boundaryless - Platform Design Toolkit Biografia
Simone is an entrepreneur, facilitator, thinker, writer and host, with a focus on open business models, ecosystemic organizations and platforms: he worked on these topics in edge contexts such as emergent, self-managed organizations, and startups but also with large institutions, ranging from Fortune 500s to the UN, to explore and experiment a new theory of organizing for the XXIst century. In 2013 as a result of his experience with open and systemic business models, Simone created the first fully open-source methodology for Platform and Ecosystems thinking - the Platform Design Toolkit - an approach that effectively contributed to kickstart a new design domain, and now accounts for more than 70 thousands practitioners all over the world. This and other works allowed him to be featured in Thinkers50 Radar class of 2020.

Massimo Moggi President & CEO - WESTPOLE Biografia

Massimo Moggi vanta una profonda esperienza nella consulenza strategica e nella gestione delle aziende ICT: nella sua carriera ha ricoperto vari ruoli a livello executive in aziende di advisory come Gartner e IDC e industry leaders come Etnoteam. Ricercatore, mentore e solution maker per l’industria 4.0 ha lavorato a importanti progetti di Smart Manufacturing, robotica avanzata e innovativi sistemi IOT, sfruttando il valore dei big data, del machine learning e dell’intelligenza artificiale. Grazie alla sua pluridecennale esperienza ha messo a punto con successo un nuovo business model per il rilancio e il riposizionamento delle aziende digitali. Dal 2014 è Professional Affiliate nel corso di "Innovazione come processo evolutivo" presso la Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna di Pisa. Negli anni è intervenuto più volte in qualità di moderatore o relatore in importanti tavole rotonde interazionali, tra cui la conferenza dell’OCSE di Parigi (aprile 2017) e al Parlamento Europeo di Bruxelles (aprile 2018).

Dal dicembre 2018 è Presidente e CEO di WESTPOLE che oggi ha sedi in Italia, Belgio e Lussemburgo.

Robyn Scott Co-Founder and CEO - Apolitical Biografia

Robyn is co-founder and CEO of Apolitical, a global learning platform for government. The Apolitical Academy, Apolitical’s non-profit arm, helps young and traditionally excluded people run for political office. Previously Robyn co-founded OneLeap, an executive education company, and two southern African non-profits teaching coding and entrepreneurial skills to vulnerable youth, women, and prisoners. She has written a critically acclaimed memoir about growing up in Botswana. She has also worked for the Financial Times. She is an ambassador for the Access to Medicine Index, an advisor to the Responsible Mining Index, a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, and a Gates Cambridge Scholar. She has a BSc in Bioinformatics from Auckland University and a Masters in Bioscience Enterprise from Cambridge University.

Stiglitz
Joseph Stiglitz American economist and Professor at Columbia University Biografia

Joseph E. Stiglitz is an American economist and a professor at Columbia University. He is also the co-chair of the High-Level Expert Group on the Measurement of Economic Performance and Social Progress at the OECD, and the Chief Economist of the Roosevelt Institute. A recipient of the Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Sciences (2001), he is a former senior vice president and chief economist of the World Bank, and a former member and chairman of President Clinton’s Council of Economic Advisers. In 2000, Stiglitz founded the Initiative for Policy Dialogue, a think tank on international development based at Columbia University. In 2011 Stiglitz was named byTime magazine as one of the 100 most influential people in the world. Known for his pioneering work on asymmetric information, Stiglitz's work focuses on income distribution, risk, corporate governance, public policy, macroeconomics and globalization. His most recent books are People, Power, and Profits, Rewriting the Rules of the European Economy”, “Globalization and Its Discontents Revisited”, “The Euro” and “Rewriting the Rules of the American Economy”.
